About Us

Main Fitness (at one time known as Main Street Cardio) has been in operation for over 17 years.

Charlene Sullivan was the original founder of Main Fitness over 12 years ago. Her passion about the human body, both inside and out, has made her one of the most sought-after nutritional advisors in the country. With her vast knowledge and deep commitment to health, Charlene has changed the way many people think about eating and exercising.  Charlene’s innovative approach to rehab also makes her a sought-after rehab trainer to many amateur and professional sports athletes.

Gudrun Hardes joined Charlene 10 years ago as the studio was expanding. Gudrun runs the YTT program at MainFitness. Certified in many disciplines, yoga is still first and foremost her passion. Gudrun also runs WSUP Toronto from June to September, where she takes her yoga to the water on her stand-up paddleboards.

Andrea Page joined the partnership in June of 2016, bringing 20 years of operational experience + myriad fitness certifications to the team.

Between all three partners, there is over 60 years of experience in the fitness industry.
