But, no need to stop after 4 weeks! This program is so easy and the food so delicious that you will want to continue with your new healthy ways on a regular basis. This kick-starter gets you on your way to better eating and exercise habits.
We will deliver this program to you via a private Facebook group. Within this group, we will provide you with guidelines and tips for healthy eating and for optimal physical fitness for 4 weeks. Every week, we will give you access to some new recipes. And, hey, if you have a recipe in your repertoire that you’d like to share with the group, please do so! We will also provide you with a weekly fitness routine to do on your own, if you are not coming into the gym for classes. You can take these recipes and routines and add your own nuances.
BONUS: We will also provide you with 1 small group training session at Main Fitness with Gudrun. This semi-private training session allows you the opportunity to get expert advice on your fitness goals.
And you will be part of a supportive community of like-minded people, with the same goals as you. We provide you a forum to ask questions, get answers, tips, and tricks from others and from us, all in real-time.
