We offer several types of strength training classes, from Infinity Stretch, utilizing resistance bands, to Bosu Body Blast and Bootcamp formats.  There is a class for everyone, regardless of fitness level, age or ability.  Innovative fitness for All – this is our philosophy!

  • HIIT 30HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.   • Infinity PowerUtilizing our Infinity Bands®for resistance, this class will consist of a combination of strength training followed by a deep yoga stretch.  The incorporation of our Infinity bands provides your muscles the needed muscle memory required for ultimate alignment. with Gudrun HardesBio 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

  • HIIT and StretchHIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.   • Bosu Body BlastStrength, Core, Cardio, Agility, Balance - all of these words describe the characteristics of our Bosu Body Blast class.
