Kate is a passionate and experienced fitness and yoga instructor who enjoys helping others experience the joy of movement .
Kate has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. As a gymnast, Kate has always enjoyed an active lifestyle eventually leading to a coaching career , kickboxing and earning her black belt in karate .
Having recently moved to the Beaches from Australia where she has lived for the past 17 years, Kate is keen to share her knowledge with students .
“ Fitness and working out should be fun! We should feel energized and relaxed after a session”. Kate’s classes are always different , playful , creative and alignment based.
Kate strives to provide a safe and supportive environment while allowing students to experience greater health , vitality and well being.
