Jennifer has been participating in a variety sports and exercise programs her entire life.
Jennifer’s style is best described as leading and encouraging by example. Her goal is to inspire those around her to do their best in a safe and supportive environment.
She has competed in many running races including half marathon and marathon distances. She has captained a 24-hour mountain bike relay team for the past 15 years.
Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist. For the past three, years she has been instructing a local boot camp, as well as teaching TRX classes and a new mommy program.
