Andrea embarked on her fitness journey 18 years ago when she became certified as a fitness instructor and she has continued to educate herself in fitness. She is a certified Pilates instructor, certified personal trainer and certified with the Canadian Weightlifting Federation.
Andrea’s passion is fitness and her goal is to bring a fun and challenging workout to her participants. Andrea loves to bring the party to her classes with energetic music that ensures you leave with a smile! Her philosophy that fitness should be fun no doubt influenced her sons a great deal as both have chosen careers in hockey.
