A partner at Main Fitness, Andrea is excited to be part of a group of professionals who truly address their clients’ fitness goals through a holistic approach.

Andrea is inspired by aiding people in their desire to live a healthy, well-balanced fitness lifestyle. After 20 years in the advertising industry, Andrea refocused her attention on pursuing her dream with a career in fitness and wellness. Having made such a massive change herself, Andrea approaches fitness through a very clear lens into what and what does not motivate people. The inspiration behind Andrea’s teaching is the desire to show her students that they have both an inner and an outer strength that can be tapped into and grown, no matter their age or physical condition.

Andrea received her 200 hour Hatha Vinyasa and Yin certifications through Main Fitness. She is also a personal trainer, a Schwinn certified Cycle instructor, and, her forte, a GRAVITY body-weight training instructor.

Andrea, who goes by Andy, teaches the following classes:
