  • Power Pilates with Ofelia Loret de MolaOfelia Loret de Mola was born and raised in Mexico. She moved to New York City when she was 15 years old to pursue her dance career. She received her MFA in choreography and BFA in Dance Performance from Purchase College, State University of New York. Ofelia established her own dance company in NYC in 2003. She received her certification in Power Pilates in 2002 and her 200 hr certification from Downward Dog Yoga Centre in 2011. Gravity Pilates is a cousin to a Pilates Reformer class. Gravity Pilates incorporates traditional Pilates exercises focusing on improving flexibility and body awareness. The result is an intense hour where you experience core strengthening, breath work, and full-body toning.
