Andrea is inspired by aiding people in their desire to live a healthy, well-balanced fitness lifestyle. After 20 years in the advertising industry, Andrea refocused her attention on pursuing her dream with a career in fitness and wellness. Having made such a massive change herself, Andrea approaches fitness through a very clear lens into what and what does not motivate people. The inspiration behind Andrea's teaching is the desire to show her students that they have both an inner and an outer strength that can be tapped into and grown, no matter their age or physical condition. Andrea received her 200 hour Hatha Vinyasa and Yin certifications through Main Fitness. She is also a personal trainer, a Schwinn certified Cycle instructor, and, her forte, a GRAVITY body-weight training instructor. 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm Sign Up

Gravity Pilates is a cousin to a Pilates Reformer class. Gravity Pilates incorporates traditional Pilates exercises focusing on improving flexibility and body awareness. The result is an intense hour where you experience core strengthening, breath work, and full-body toning.

TRX (pre-reg)

TRX is an exciting way to workout for all fitness levels that builds total body strength, flexibility and core at the same time for people of all ages and all fitness levels. TRX harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train. Constant movement and quick transitions keep your heart rate up to burn calories. It’s fun!

For the ones who want to take the workout intensity up a notch, get stronger and leaner, and improve your endurance. Push, pull, hang and suspend your way to a better body with the TRX® Suspension Trainer, and add a strength training element for the ultimate in body sculpting and muscle toning. We will combine various popular fitness programs to create the most amazing total body workout.

TRX Strength (pre-reg)

TRX suspension training classes will work your entire body, and will likely send you home aware of muscle groups that have been neglected for years. Your core is utilized for every single move, as are all of those underworked stabilizer muscle groups in the shoulders, back, hips, knees, and ankles. You’ll be quick to notice your weaknesses during a TRX workout, whether they be a lack of core strength, a lack of balance, or limited joint mobility. But, TRX movements are so easily modified that you’ll be able to address those weaknesses and gradually work toward alleviating them. Much like indoor cycling, suspension training allows each participant to maintain control over the intensity of the workout. Because of this adaptability feature, it is possible for each participant in a group class to get exactly what he/she needs from each class.

TRX Pilates (pre-reg)

Want the best of both worlds? TRX Pilates combines the body weight resistance of TRX Suspension Training with the core strengthening principles of Pilates. Come and learn the benefits of incorporating Pilates principles onto the TRX through fun plyometrics, challenging TRX exercises and Pilates moves on and off the TRX. Join us for a strength and core workout like no other.
