A lively, challenging, indoor Cycle class done to your favourite songs. Get ready to sweat.

Cycle Plus (pre-reg)

40 minutes of Cycle followed by 20 minutes of weights, body bar, and core.

Spoga (pre-reg)

A combination of Cycle and Yoga. A Yin-Yang exercise including cardio and stretch.
