I enjoy teaching many types of fitness classes, including cardio, boot camp, circuit style, HIIT, and most recently, spinning.  I look for any opportunities to promote health and wellness while having fun. When not teaching fitness I enjoy swimming and running.  I look forward to meeting all of you over the next month at Main Fitness. 8:30 am to 9:30 am Pre-registered class. Sign Up


Cycle Plus (pre-reg)

40 minutes of Cycle followed by 20 minutes of weights, body bar, and core.

Spoga (pre-reg)

A combination of Cycle and Yoga. A Yin-Yang exercise including cardio and stretch.
