High Intensity Interval Training
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is an enhanced form of interval training alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Using body weight, weights and body bars, these short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
45 minutes of high paced interval training. Challenge every muscle in your body with modifiable, whole body exercises.
This cardio class is Charlene’s choice. A little bit of kickboxing, circuit training and weights all rolled into one fun class.

This is where we crank up the music and bring out the creativity by using all the training modalities of the fitness industry with my specific technical guidance. Workouts are constantly modified and changed.
