Cardio, Dance and Cycle

Cardio, short for cardiovascular exercise, is any movement that gets your heart rate up and increases blood circulation throughout the body. There are a wide variety of health benefits you receive from a regular cardio program, such as weight loss, improved heart health, increased metabolism, improved hormonal profile (the ‘feel good’ hormones kick in!), and improved recovery ability (how quickly your body recovers from activity). 

We offer a variety of really fun cardio classes, from  Cycle classes to SWEAT to Zumba!  See below for a list of classes, instructors and times.
